Sunnyside EAST is a little known area in Pretoria: next to Affies in a small community of artists, students and young couples. House has 5 rooms (all with en-suite bathrooms) and 3 self contained cottages with fully equipped kitchens. Rooms can be provided with or without the basic furnishings as preferred. The communal areas include a lounge, equipped kitchen, garden with jacuzzi and braai area. No  loadshedding in this very safe area. 

For the first few years this house was utillised by European post graduates lecturing at TUKS who had no cars seeing as the property is within walking distance of 1km from Tuks Main Gate @ Engineering in University Road. Covid curbed this UP project, so since then the house has been occupied by (serious) students mostly - finishing their CA, Architect Honnors, Engineering and other degrees successfully.

Also close is Loftus rugby stadium, NG Ooskerk and Loftus Mall. Cleaner 5 times a week and 5G Rain wifi included. 12 month contract from January to December.
