On the yard is a 2-bedroom flat, a wooden lodge and a bachelor's flat - all with own kitchens.
Rooms can be provided with or without the basic furnishings as preferred. 
The communal areas are lounge, open verandah, serving kitchen and fully equipped kitchen.
