On the property, we have 9 unfurnished rooms available to rent. All have their own en-suite bathroom and kitchenette area

The room has an overhead fan, built-in cupboards and Kitchenette area. Rooms are rented unfurnished.

Prices range from R6300 (23m^2 room) to R8500 (45m^2 room) per month. Cost includes electricity, water and wifi. Serviced.

Built on top of a water reservoir, which is utilised to keep the rooms at a comfortable temperature year round.
The rooms were designed with the help of the Art & Design Department of the University of Pretoria, each with its own unique character.
